How does the extension work?

The Hedgik extension automatically earns money for you while you browse various websites, meaning you can earn money simply while surfing your favorite resources, as long as you're connected to the internet.

No additional actions are required from the user – simply install the extension and start earning passive income.

Which browsers are supported?

The Hedgik extension works in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Opera, and Yandex Browser.

It will not work in FireFox, and we do not guarantee its functionality in other less-known browsers based on the Chromium engine or similar ones.

All about the affiliate program

You can get your referral link and promotional materials in your personal account. You can attract referrals in any way, except for spam and methods prohibited by Russian law.

If you are not receiving earnings from a referral, it means that they (and their referrals, if they have any) are not running the extension. You cannot contact your referrals, but we periodically send email newsletters that bring some users back to the system.

How and where can I withdraw money?

The extension earns points, which can later be exchanged for real money at a rate of 100 points = 0.01 USD. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 points, which is 0.01 USD.

Withdrawals are made through a special form on the main page of your personal account. Currently, Payeer is available for withdrawals.

What are the withdrawal limits?

All users are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of 5,000 points (0.5 USD). Upon request to technical support, this limit may be increased (for example, if you have many referrals and your daily earnings are close to or exceed the current limit).

It is prohibited to withdraw funds to one wallet from more than three accounts.

In case of winning a contest, you will be able to make a one-time withdrawal for the exact amount of the prize. This amount is not subject to the daily limit.

Why are no points being credited?

If you have just registered and have not received any points for more than 15 minutes, check the following:

  • Session duration.
    On the main page of your personal account, in the "Extension online" widget, the value should not be zero. If you see that the extension is running (the green ON icon is lit on the panel, and an additional browser window is created), but the session duration is 0h 0m, and no points are being credited, contact technical support with your account ID.
  • Is the extension installed in your primary browser?
    If the extension is installed in a browser that you have never used or just installed (there are no cookies), points may not be credited, or they may be very minimal.
  • Are all ad-blocking programs and extensions disabled?
    Most extensions (Adblock, Adblock Plus, and others), programs (AdGuard), and even some antivirus software (such as Kaspersky Anti-Banner) may partially or completely block the extension. Adding them to exceptions will not help; you need to disable them while the extension is running.
  • Built-in browser blockers.
    Built-in ad-blocking or analytics filter systems in the browser may interfere with the extension. For example, Yandex Protect in Yandex Browser or built-in protection tools in Opera could be the cause.
  • Using VPN and proxy.
    Using public proxies or VPN clients may disrupt or suspend the extension's operation. Run the extension only on the actual IP provided by your ISP.

Points stopped being credited, what should I do?

If everything was working fine, but the extension suddenly stopped crediting points, check the following:

  • Cleared cookies.
    After clearing cookie files, the extension may partially or completely stop crediting points because the views may fail verification, suspecting you are a bot. Just keep using the browser, and after a while, the extension will resume operation.
  • Reinstalled the extension in another browser.
    If the extension is installed in a browser that you have never used or just installed (there are no cookies), points may not be credited, or they may be minimal.

The extension keeps disconnecting, what should I do?

The extension may disconnect if you try to log into the same account simultaneously in multiple browsers. If you want to install the extension in multiple browsers, use a new account for each one.

Also, disconnection will occur if there are more than 3 simultaneous connections from one IP. For example, you installed the extension on 3 browsers on one PC, and then decided to install the fourth extension on a laptop; this connection will be blocked, and the extension will be closed.
